Mix one scoop (about 30g) of powder with 300ml of water or milk in a shaker. Shake for 30 seconds. Can also be mixed into your oatmeal.
Ingredients:
Ultra-filtered whey protein concentrate (milk), flavouring, salt, thickener: xanthan gum, sweetener: aspartame (E951), ace-k (E950). Contains a source of phenylalanine, milk protein, lactose.
